With only 5 total sales across the four zip codes for the month of April (78% less than April '22) sales have been very limited there is not realistically enough market activity to give a meaningful indication on the direction of price trends. Homes are still selling for over asking price in the local market as well as county wide, but not to the same degree as 2020-2022. Given the current conditions, it is still a strong sellers market in the local area and across the region.
